Food For Thought is a perfect example of the client who knows their business inside and out, but needs a little help talking about it to potential customers. Emily, the mastermind chef and owner behind Food For Thought, was looking for someone to help her express new business shifts that her old website failed to communicate.
As Food For Thought grew, they were beginning to transition out of more deli counter and walk-in styled service and focus on a higher echelon of clientele within the event industry. They felt their current website didn’t do a solid enough job of representing them in the new avenues they wanted to pursue.
By highlighting the growth of Food For Thought, we were able to target the event audience Emily was most eager to serve, while quietly distancing the company from its previous model of counter service. That year was one of the company’s busiest yet as they spent the entire summer working events almost every single weekend.
