If you are local to the Bozeman/ Belgrade area, it's no secret that both communities are expanding at an incredible rate. With such astronomical growth comes the issue of a major housing shortage throughout the community. Prescott ranch is it developer with a nearly 500 home project on the outskirts of Belgrade. With such mixed feelings throughout the area about overall growth and expansion, Prescott ranch needed to communicate that while they were not from Montana, their company shared many of the values that locals do.
By focusing on the fact that the business is family owned, I positioned the developers to feel more like a mom and pop shop then a major out of town entity. The result was a website that felt more like a showcase of what makes our state such a special place to live as opposed to a preview of a large construction project.
